Contacts
Contacts is your organization’s shared contact system, which is used across applications. It’s where you manage individuals, vendors, contributors, and any wallet-connected identity your team interacts with. Every app on Mezzanine—from Payroll to Invoices—plugs directly into your contact list, so you only need to enter someone once.
Features and What to Know
- Unified Contact List: View all your contacts in one place—each entry includes name, wallet address, email, and type (e.g. Individual, Organization, AI Agent).
- Contact Elements Everywhere: Every app can use “Contact Elements” to select people from your contact list. No need to re-enter wallet addresses or emails.
- Add Contacts on the Fly: Quickly create a new contact inside any application. It’s the same interface, everywhere.
- Edit, Remove, or Replace: If you have permission, you can update or delete contact entries directly.
- Import & Export: Upload a full contact list via CSV or export your address book for backup, migration, or audits.
- Search & Filter: Use the built-in search to quickly locate any contact by name or address
