Invoices App

The Invoices app lets your organization easily request payments and track outstanding revenue. Each invoice is tied to a contact, denominated in your preferred stablecoin, and instantly generates a shareable payment link. It’s the easiest way to get paid.

How it Works

Invoices can be issued to any contact—whether they’re already in your system or added on the spot. Here's what you can do:

  • Create a new invoice

Choose a contact, enter the amount, select the asset (e.g., USDC), pick a due date, and optionally include a memo or attach a file. You can also make it a recurring invoice.

  • Send a unique payment link

Once issued, a unique invoice URL is generated. This can be sent directly to the recipient, who will see all the details and can submit payment with a single click.

  • Track invoice statuses

The dashboard summarizes total revenue, and breaks down every invoice by status:

    • Paid
    • Waiting
    • Draft
    • Voided
    • Declined
  • View or filter any invoice

Use filters and search to find past invoices by payer, amount, date, or status. You can also download the full list as a CSV.

  • Live invoice page for recipients

When your recipient opens the invoice, they’ll see the full details (amount, due date, currency, network, notes) and a big bright "Pay" button to complete the transaction.

Evergreen Integration

All invoices are automatically recorded in your organization’s Evergreen Invoice Document. This document updates in real time and gives finance teams a clean, audit-friendly record of every invoice sent—without needing to export, re-format, or reconcile.
