Organization Settings

The Organization Settings section helps you define the structure of your entity. This is where you input key details—like your entity type, jurisdiction, custody model, and board members—that power everything from permissions to product suggestions. It’s also where legal, tax, and compliance advisors can find the information they need.

Features and What to Know

  • Configuration Flow: Mezzanine walks you through a structured setup to define your organization's core identity—whether you're a DAO, LLC, C-Corp, or something else.
  • General Info: Track important metadata like profit motive, tax ID, jurisdiction, board size, and governance structure.
  • Custom Access Control: Set who has access to what with flexible options like signer-only access or delegated permission groups.
  • Legal & Financial Metadata: Specify custody style (e.g. self-custody), legal affinity (regulated/unregulated), and network settings (e.g. Base, Sepolia).
  • Board Management: Add board members and define the signature threshold for key decisions, including token transfers and role changes.
  • Advisor Ready: Information entered here is surfaced to your accountants, lawyers, and auditors via shared access, so everything stays aligned.
