All Accounts
All Accounts is the list of every account your organization holds: bank accounts, Safes, wallets, exchange accounts and accounts you track by hand. It shows what each one holds in US dollars, and it’s where you add new accounts.
It’s near the top of the sidebar: All Accounts.
Why use it
Section titled “Why use it”Treasury money is usually spread across several banks, multisigs, chains and exchanges. Checking each one separately takes time, and it’s easy to miss one. All Accounts puts them in one table with one total, so you can answer how much do we have, and where is it?
without logging in anywhere else.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- You add each account once. Connect a bank through Plaid, add a Safe, paste a wallet address, or connect an exchange with read-only API keys.
- Mezzanine reads the balances and shows each account’s value in US dollars.
- The accounts add up to the Org total at the top of the page. The same balances feed the Balance Sheet.
- You click an account to see what it is, what it holds, and how to pay into it.
For the click-by-click version, see Connect a bank account, Add a Safe multisig and Check an account’s balance and activity.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- When you set up your organization, to bring in every account you hold.
- Before a board update or a budget review, to get a single current total.
- When you open a new account at a bank, exchange or on a new chain.
- When someone asks for your deposit details, to find the address or bank details for a specific account.
Using the page
Section titled “Using the page”The totals
Section titled “The totals”Two cards sit at the top:
- Org total: the combined US dollar value of every account.
- Accounts: how many accounts you have, broken down by kind, e.g.
2 bank · 3 wallet · 1 cex
.
The table
Section titled “The table”Each row is one account. Rows are sorted by balance, largest first, so empty accounts sit at the bottom.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Account | The account’s name, with its address or the last four digits of its account number underneath |
| Type | Bank, Wallet · Safe, Wallet, Exchange, Custom or 1Money |
| Where | The network a Safe is on, or the bank, exchange or chain for other accounts |
| Balance | The account’s value in US dollars, with its three largest holdings underneath, e.g. USDC · ETH · WBTC |
| Notes | Which of your entities owns the account |
To narrow the list, type in Search every account by name, address, or entity, or use the Type and Entity filters above the table. You can also filter from the Type, Where and Notes column headers. If nothing matches, you see No accounts match your filters.
The account panel
Section titled “The account panel”Click a row to open that account in the panel on the right. On a wide screen, the first account opens there automatically. Click the same row again, or close the panel, to put it away.
The panel has three tabs:
- Overview: what the account is. You see its Total assets, its Account owner, and details such as the address and Networks for a Safe or wallet, or the Institution, Routing and Account number for a bank. From here, See detailed asset view lists every holding, and See transaction history shows activity where it’s available.
- Receive funds: the details someone needs to pay into this account.
- Send funds: moving money out. For a Safe, this hands you over to the payments pages, where the payment is proposed and signed by the Safe’s owners.
Click Edit at the bottom of the panel to change the account’s settings, such as its name.
With no account open, the panel lists the ways to add one: Universal Account, Bank account, Safe and Exchange account.

Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Every account needs an owner. Each account belongs to one of your organization’s legal entities. If you haven’t set one up, you’ll see
Please create a legal entity on the Entities page before adding an account.
See Entities. - Balances are in US dollars. The total on each row is the dollar value of everything the account holds.
- A bank’s balance and what you can spend can differ. The Available line on a bank’s Overview shows the balance minus any holds your bank has placed, when the bank reports it.
- Custom accounts are only as current as you make them. Their balances are typed in by hand and don’t update on their own.
- A Safe on several networks shows as several rows, one per network.
