Goals/Seeing your money
Task

See your cash and stablecoins

Goal
Find out how much cash your organization holds, split between bank dollars and stablecoins, and which accounts it sits in.
Time
under a minute.
  1. In the sidebar, click Balance Sheet → Cash.
You see two cards: Fiat and Stablecoins, each with a dollar total.
  2. Read the cards. Under Fiat, the accounts holding the most are listed. Under Stablecoins, your largest coins are listed, like USDC + USDT.
  3. Look at the table below. Each row is one cash asset.
The columns are Asset, Kind, Balance, Held In and % of Cash.
  4. Read Held In to see which accounts hold that asset. Balance shows the dollar value, with the token amount underneath for stablecoins.
  5. To see only one kind, click Kind and choose Fiat or Stablecoin.
The table narrows to that kind. The cards don’t change.
  6. To find one asset or account, type in the search box, e.g. USDC or an account name.
  7. To see how much a single account holds of an asset, go back to Balance Sheet and click that asset’s row.
The row opens to show each account holding it, with its balance and share.

Need it as a file? On the Cash view, click Actions → Download CSV. You get one row per cash asset per account.

Some accounts missing? The account button in the filter row reads All accounts when everything is counted. If it reads something like 5 of 7 accounts, click it and tick the ones you want.

  • Fiat: US dollar balances in bank and other off-chain accounts.
  • Stablecoins: USDC, USDT, DAI, USDe, USDtb, USD1, USDS and PYUSD, recognised by their official contract address on each network.
You see Why What to do
No cash assets to display. No account on the sheet holds US dollars or a recognised stablecoin, or your search or Kind filter matches nothing Clear the search and Kind filter. Check the account button shows All accounts
A stablecoin you hold isn’t listed It isn’t one of the recognised stablecoins, or it’s a lookalike token at a different contract address Find it on Balance Sheet instead. If it’s a lookalike, don’t treat it as cash
A bank balance in euros or another currency isn’t listed Cash counts US dollar bank balances only Find it on Balance Sheet
The Cash total doesn’t match Idle cash on the Balance Sheet Idle cash counts a little more broadly, for example bank balances in other currencies Use Cash for dollars and recognised stablecoins only
An account you expected isn’t in Held In It’s left off the sheet, or holds no cash Click the account button and tick it. Check the account on All Accounts
