What changes while it’s on
Section titled “What changes while it’s on”In payments. When a payment in Approve Payments goes to a wallet that isn’t verified for it, the approve, propose, sign and execute windows show a warning:
| Warning | Why |
|---|---|
Destination wallet not verified |
The wallet has never passed a test transaction |
Network not verified for this wallet |
The payment uses a network the owner didn’t confirm |
Asset not verified for this wallet |
The payment sends an asset the owner didn’t confirm |
The confirm button stays off until the person ticks I understand this wallet isn’t verified for this payment and want to proceed.
The box resets each time the window opens, so every approver and signer confirms for themselves.
On a contact’s wallet. Opening a wallet from a contact’s profile shows its verification state at the top, with the next step: Send test for an Untested wallet
, Review test while a test is pending, and Resend test after a failed or locked test.
In the Bypass log. Every payment that goes ahead past the warning is recorded at each stage it reaches: Approved, Proposed, Signed or Executed. To see it, click Legal & Compliance → Wallet Verification → Bypass log. Each entry shows when, who, which payment and wallet, the network, and the reason: Untested, Network not in list or Asset not in list.
